"My first Love is travel, and the adventure of the unknown. Traveling opened my mind to a deeper understanding of how different parts of the world turn. With the loss of the matriarch in my family at an early age that leadership wasnt there. So the world became my mother and traveling indulged my knowledge. I thought I had it all together and from the outside looking in I'm sure everyone around me thought the same. I began to realize in this beautiful world that I'v been gifted there were limitations in my growth. I Began to wonder why I was so triggered by certain things? I became curious about what was really going on inside of "ME" that sparked certain emotions. So I started this journey of getting to Know me on a deeper level and it all started in South East Asia. I had my first sound bath in 2017 at a small buddist temple in Bali. Not quite understanding what it was I was embarking on, but willing to try just about anything to tap into my limitations, face those blocks and with that ultimate Peace. I extened my 1 month trip to 2 months working on myself and with that found I didnt know myself at all. from Bali to Thailand, Vietnam, and then Cambodia, I tapped into this world of Frequncy in Sound healing and it was a game changer. I realized by facing my inner most thoughts, unblocking areas of my mind I didnt know existed, granting myself grace, releasing myself from my past and being alive in the present I was able to find my super power. Sound and eft tapping is the best gift I ever recieved and I gifted it to myself. I decided to study on deeper level breaking down the science behind the mind, body and energy we possess to self heal, selfaware, self protect. I recieved my certification in Bangkok Thailand for sound healing and also here in the United States. I also have a master certification in EFT tapping (emotional freedom technique) so I can share this gift of LIFE with you with complete comfort and knowledge while doing so.
